Steve Page founded NPDA in 1987. Steve has been a registered architect in the State of Florida since 1985. He is a driving force behind the development and implementation of the technological advances of the firm.
Steve's career began before he received Masters of Architecture at Georgia Institute of Technology in 1981. Before his graduation, he had worked for Reynolds, Smith and Hill in Jacksonville; for Turner Construction Company, as a field engineer on two 28-story Miami Beach high-rise condominiums; and, for the Center of Rehabilitation Technology as a Graduate Research Assistant.
Upon returning to South Florida after school, Page spent his internship at Eubanks and Associates, Inc. in Plantation under the direct supervision of three architects. In 1984, he joined Craven, Thompson & Associates as an the architectural computer production designer and was sent to Intergraph's national training felicity in Huntsville for the advanced architectural production drawings training. Steve established himself quickly as the Vice President of Architecture until he elected to establish his own firm with the broad client base which he had developed at CT&A.
Known as a code expert, he spends his time researching and staying current with the building regulations, laws and codes. He maintains active memberships in National Council of Architectural Review Board, the Southern Building Code Congress International, and the National Fire Protection Association.
Steve has always been committed to the continuing development and integration of CAD technology into NPDA's architectural design/ production methodology. Steve oversees and reviews each project for code compliance and to clarify the very confusing issues that arise in today's construction environment.

Rob is one of the most versatile and talented designers here at in NPDA. Rob Graduated from Louisiana State University in 1982 with a Bachelor Degree in Interior Design. Rob brings an extensive financial services background that is a tremendous asset to our banking clients. Prior to joining NPDA in 1982, he spent four years at Interspace, Inc., Philadelphia and three prior with Business Design Group, Philadelphia. He began his career at E.I. Dupont de Nemours from 1983-1985.
Rob has worked with clients ranging from large corporate facilities users, medical, retail, financial to very refined and detailed design high end offices. At Interspace, Inc. he handled the headquarters for Bank of Delaware and designed the new flagship retail banking branch for Cenlar Savings. Major projects for BDG included Arco Chemical Co., Cigna/Intracorp and new prototype stores for Hoffritz Cutlery.
Rob's creativity is an integral part in designing unique environments that will convey our clients image while remaining sensitive to budget parameters.
After Hurricane Andrew, Rob helped facilitate the full floor State Farm Hurricane Relief Center. Due to the clients time schedule, Rob was assigned to the project as the key player in planning and completing drawings for permit within one week. Quick in his evaluations, efficient in production and creative in design, the tenant was able to occupy the space within 6 weeks of the original space plan meeting.
Rob is our associate in charge of design, he is exceptional at working directly with both tenants and landlords.
Richard Lee Roth, CSI
Before relocating to Florida to join Nichols/Page, Mr. Roth, was the fourth generation of the Roth family to have directed the New York Based, International firm Emery Roth & Sons. Joining the firm in 1983, Mr. Roth directed its Architectural Contract Documents Division overseeing all specification writing, coordination, shop drawing review, ADA compliance, and field services. While with Emery Roth & Sons, the firm was responsible for the planning and full Architectural services of 25,000,000 square feet of commercial office space, 2,000 residential units, 3,000 hotel rooms and 5,000,000 square feet of retail shopping space.
Mr. Roth's professional career began as a construction superintendent with Tishman Construction Company of New York in 1980. He was responsible for both construction supervision and revision take offs. In 1982, Mr. Roth joined Olympia & York as a tenant superintendent where he supervised and kept track of cost control for many interior office projects.
Since joining Nichols/Page Design Associates, in 1994, Mr. Roth has directed the firms Contract Administration services including; preparation and control of the bidding process, value engineering, project closeout, building code compliance, accessibility compliance, multi discipline coordination, on-site review services, as well as the preparation of construction specifications.
Mr. Roth has been a guest speaker and teleconference moderator for several AIA sponsored seminars discussing Architectural responsibilities of Title III of the ADA. Most recently, Mr. Roth was the Keynote speaker addressing accessibility and design at the Monroe County "Breaking Down the Barriers" ADA seminar held in Key West.
